• Users must adhere to the cancellation or no-show policies of the respective establishments.

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Kemsu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• False, misleading, or defamatory

• Offensive or inappropriate

• Violating any third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove content that breaches our policies.

6. Business Accounts and Insights

Restaurants and hotels using Kemsu’s business services may access user analytics, booking insights, and profile tools. Use of such tools must comply with privacy and data protection regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the property of Kemsu Tastehopper or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kemsu Tastehopper is not liable for:

• User-generated content

• Third-party services or issues related to partner establishments

• Technical interruptions or system outages

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
