To make a reservation:
Search for your preferred restaurant or hotel.
Select the date, time, and number of guests.
Complete your booking by providing your details.
You will receive a confirmation email or in-app notification.
Currently, making reservations through Kemsu Tastehopper is free. However, some restaurants or hotels may require a deposit or charge cancellation fees depending on their policies.
You can cancel or modify your reservation directly through the platform. Please check the cancellation policy of the respective restaurant or hotel for any associated fees or time restrictions.
If you do not show up without prior cancellation, the restaurant or hotel may charge a penalty or forfeit any deposit paid. It’s best to inform the establishment in advance if your plans change.
After dining or staying at a restaurant or hotel, you can write a review by visiting the listing on the Kemsu Tastehopper platform. Select the rating and share your thoughts about the experience.
