All services provided on our platform, including restaurant and hotel bookings, table reservations, and user-generated content, are delivered electronically and in real-time, unless stated otherwise.

  • Restaurant/Hotel Reservations: Once a booking is made through our platform, a confirmation will be sent to the user immediately. This confirms the reserved slot at the respective restaurant or hotel. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications to these bookings will be managed through the platform as per the respective business’s cancellation policy.

  • Personalized Features & Tools: For registered users, personalized lists, recommendations, and saved preferences are accessible immediately once logged in.

  • Business Services & Analytics: For restaurant/hotel partners using our business tools, access to data insights, booking reports, and other digital tools is provided immediately after registration and activation of the service.


2. Booking Confirmation

Upon making a reservation, users will receive:

  • A booking confirmation via email or in-app notification.

  • Details of the reservation such as time, date, location, and any additional instructions.

If there are any issues with the booking, users will be notified promptly through email or the app.


3. Time of Delivery for Services

  • Immediate Digital Services: All digital services, including table reservations and profile management, are delivered in real-time.

  • Restaurant/Hotel Availability: Service availability depends on the business’s operating hours and current availability. In case of any issues, the business will notify the user at the earliest.


4. Technical Support

We provide ongoing technical support for issues related to platform usage, payment errors, or service delivery. Our support team is available during business hours.

  • Response Time: We aim to respond to all service-related inquiries within 24 hours on business days.
