Refund Policy

At Kemsu Tastehopper Pvt. Ltd., we strive to offer a smooth and transparent experience for all our users. As our services involve digital bookings and real-time reservations, this policy outlines our approach to cancellations, refunds, and returns.


1. Service Nature

Kemsu Tastehopper is a digital platform that facilitates:

  • Restaurant and hotel discovery

  • Table reservations and advance bookings

  • Personalized user experiences

  • Digital tools and analytics for partner businesses

As no physical goods are sold, traditional “returns” do not apply.


2. Reservation Cancellation

a. By the User:

  • Users may cancel a booking through the app/website based on the cancellation policy of the respective restaurant or hotel.

  • Cancellation timelines and penalties (if any) are determined by the business you booked with.

  • If cancellation is made within the permitted window, there will be no charge, and any advance amount paid (if applicable) will be refunded as per the partner’s policy.

b. By the Restaurant/Hotel:

  • In case a partner cancels your confirmed booking, we will notify you immediately.

  • Any advance amount paid will be fully refunded or transferred to your wallet account, depending on your preference.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are only applicable where a pre-paid booking was canceled in accordance with the partner’s terms.

  • Kemsu is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.


4. No-Show Policy

  • If you do not show up at the reserved restaurant or hotel without prior cancellation, any paid amount may be forfeited.

  • This is subject to the specific partner’s terms and conditions.


5. Digital Service Fee

  • Any service fees charged by Kemsu for premium features, marketing tools, or analytics dashboards (in case of business accounts) are non-refundable once the service is activated or delivered.


6. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or concerns regarding a cancellation or refund, users may contact our support team. We will coordinate with the restaurant/hotel to resolve the matter promptly.
